Episode 178 has aired in Japan. A new filler arc begins, Naruto, Neji, Lee and TenTen head to Hidden Star Village! Just TRY not to be excited! Episode 178 is titled Encounter, The Boy Named ‘Hoshi’.

We’re glad to bring you the cover to volume 32, which hits stores in Japan next week. This cover features Naruto and the new looking Team 10. As always, we’ll have a bigger scan shortly after the volume gets released.

Just a reminder that the first volume of the dub-only release hits store shelves tomorrow. This release is the edited Toonami version with the English dub. If you want the original Japanese track version with the extras you’ll have to wait until July 4th.

No description for episode 182. Sounds vaguely like the end of part one. Will that be the case? We’ll have to wait for the description in the coming weeks. Don’t get too excited yet, because it’ll just be another big let down if the filler keeps going.

Filler Countdown: At least 4 more weeks of filler left officially. Filler titles go through episode 181 so far. Anything beyond that is speculation. Could be more, could be less. Don’t fret, don’t complain, just keep hanging on. Another whole season’s worth of filler is pure speculation, so don’t even mention it.
