nothing amazing about the chapter but i cant wait for the next chapter hopefully we get to see battles of kakashi’s and gara’s army

The end of this chapter made me sad only because I realized that the series is really nearing the end. It seems to be entering the final story arc now. The chapter itself was amazing, at least. Even Madara acknowledged Shikamaru’s intelligence. Also, the ending makes me think that next time we might see some special info on the Moon’s Eye Plan.

Gedo is so damn strong cause of the Biju in him? The substitute was Kin and Gin’s Kyubi chakra? hmm looks like there will be many more chapters will fill ins about the fights, I hope. It kind of showed how spread out the manga has become with showing everyone where they are at in the war. I say the fence sitter dies while taking out his old Senpai.

ok, i think this chapter has made me think that i might be right, i believe that Gedo is the 10-tail beast, i mean, just look at the reactions and remarks they were making about it, they never full told u…but then again, kishi has done this before, making u think something then completely turning the table on u…but overall, cool chapter, is nice seeing things progress, it seems like the war is nearing its climax, cant wait for the next chap

@Ares Dude Kin and Gin only worth one tail of the nine tails’s chakra not six that’s way too much power. If they had that much you can’y even call naruto a jinchuriki if he only has three tails worth of chakra.

@The 6th Hokage Kinkaku transformed into a Mode 2 beast form with six tails! and Naruto has the real deal Ninetails inside him, he went four tails against orochimaru and six and eight tails against pein, now he’s beaten the Fox and grabbed ALL of its power, have you not been paying attention?
I also questioned the idea of Kinkaku being able to turn into a sixtailed beast and said he was a more complete jinchuuriki than Naruto was (until Naruto conquered the Fox that is, but Kinkaku could maintain control at six tails while Naruto struggled with three), anyway my point was Bee’s entacle clone and Ginkaku and Kinkaku’s chakra couldn’t be enough to substitute the real Eighttails and ninetails, Madara needs the real thing not some watered-down imitation!

@The 6th Hokage Look at chapter 528 page 16 at the very bottom is Kinkaku in beast form with six tails and Ginkaku logically would be about at the same level, so I don’t know where you got this idea they only had one tail, beats me!

@Itachi’s Shadow: I totally agree that the Gedo statue looks like ten tails. In fact, I bet that if and when Madara revives the ten tails, Its body will be the Gedo statue all pimped-out and awesome.

am i the only one wondering what happened to the rest of the mist swordsmen?? they all got introduced and everything and they all seemed so powerful and then… THEY SKIP THE BATTLE AND ASSUME THEY GET OUT ALL FINE AND DANDY?! what happened over there?!?!

Yea, am in the same page as you, i also think that Gedo is like a mere shell of the former 10-tails, i just dont think madara would go through so much trouble sealing the tailed beast chakra in that statue to just transfer it later on, if it takes days to seal 1 tail, with 10 people, it would take waaaayyy to long to seal/tranfer all the 9 chakras by himself, it just seems counter productive. and seeing as he is in a rush, it kinda proves that point that much more
Also, i agree that kabuto has to get in the picture sometime, cause he seems way too sneaky, so he must have something big planned, the war might be nearing its final climax, but i doubt the series is reaching its end any time soon.

yea, i agree, by sealing the so called “9-tails” chakra within the 2 brothers, its gonna have a side effect cause it isnt the real deal, so am guessing he just needs the power for a short period.

nope, i’m wondering the exact same thing…my guess, is they won (cause it just seems like all the good guys are) and are gonna leave it to be animated, or they could be in retreat…also, its not just them, but also gaara and the old kage, they couldnt have beaten 4 of the most powerful shinobi history has had so easily

It would seem that Madara just needs his mugen-tsukiyomi for a short period at this juncture, enough to cast his genjustu on everyone in the shinobi world. If that’s the case, asuming that’s how powerful his technique is, it would be enough to control both Bee and Naruto to give off their bijuus. That is if both the Hachibi and Kyuubi can’t shake them out of the genjutsu. Or he’ll have the entire shinobi (and samurai) world defeat the last two free jinchuriki. Then he can complete his technique, that’s why he’s probably content with having just his “substitute.” It would be very improbable for him to rush-out with that plan because of the spur of the moment, remember he had all the time to plan out his move, he’s already been around since the first hokage.
Gedo being the juubi, also had that inkling, but remember the Sage of Six Paths already sealed it’s actual body inside the moon. My guess is that Gedo’s just “substitute” or was create as a graven image of the real deal that’s sealed inside the moon.

@The 6th Hokage ” ares dude i have been paying attention how in the world do u get six tails just by eating the meat of the nine tails’s that’s stupid” I’d say it’s absurd and insane but that doesn’t change the fact that Kinkaku DID have six tails there, they ate the meat of the Ninetails stomach and have a fairly significant amount of its chakra in them, this we know, exactly how much is debatable, but ONLY Naruto has the Ninetail’s true power and THAT is what Madara should need to revive the Juubi, I’m wondering how this all fits together, Kinkaku and Ginkaku together could not be sufficient substitute for the real thing.

@Hanzo lol i made a comic strip about Bin Laden ( i think its funny ) but im satyin out of this one too, we dnt have enough info for us to be making any rash accusations on anything about the Jubi( imaginations are running wild, but im glad to see the comments collum so high again ^^ ( i been on leaf for like years and always enjoyed reading ppls takes on the subject)(but yea its kinda hairbrained right now, but i didnt take into account Gin and Kin being absorbed into the Gedo mazu)

@ #34. Hanzo…yea, seen all of what ppl have to say and their different views really makes this a great part of the site. You can start to see things their way and start thinking or pondering theories you yourself wouldn’t have thought up. it helps u c everything from a great prospective.

Dr. Kabuto Says:word i only know 3 people who are into naruto and i have a strange feelin that the way madaras face will be revealed is by naruto punching his mask and if it was madara uuchia he wouldnt hide his face i think his spirit possesed the body of an uuchia and shisui was a skilled uuchia and when kabuto was talking to madara he said he had almost everybodies dna but he couldnt find madara or shisuis body also look up shisui so u can see the clues.i know im right =)

also shisui disappeared 18 years a go ..it is said that he commited sucide..how can such skilled ninja die for nothing … Probably he was used or his body was used by spirit of uchiha madara.
But i dont think so madara was dead long.. How can he live for ages…
Also better look at picture of shisui ..he has same style of hair which the madara has and lastly madara was desperately trying to get the shisui eye from danzou …..he knew shisui

I am very happy ..finally shisui i have no doubt about it. Iam 100% assured .. I am waiting to see when madara will open his mask…but it is only feww episode away…..

n0 way on earth that madari is using shisuis b0dy. Danz0 has shisuis RIGHT arm and RIGHT eye. Madara has the right eye visible. It may be p0sible he has the left eye of shisui but y wud he trade it 4 the rinegan? He cudve traded his RIGHT EYE and kept shisuis left eye 4 c0ntr0lling people. Very nice theory th0. and one m0r thing @ kakashi, shisui didnt die 4 n0thing, he awakened Itachis Mangekyou Sharingan. He was w0rking UNDER the leaf vilLAGE elders(which includes Danzo) alrdy by then to eradicate the whole Uchiha clan.

im 90 percent sure its shisui but i remember when madars said he wanted to be complete again so maybe his spirit took over the sage of six paths body which explains why he would want both the rinnegan and sharigan and the sage had the power to fight the juubi and etc and when madara fought the 1st he was believed to have died but no one know and madara claimed he gave nagato the rinnegan which was the sage of six paths originally, shyt is confusing and for those who think its madara why would he hide his face and in chapter 397 u can clearly see its not madara

and an added note, about madara having given nagato the rinnegan, am sorry, but this just doesnt make any sense to me. i mean, nagato 1st revealed he had the rinnegan when he was but a child, so those that mean madara gave it to him when he was even younger? a baby maybe? if so, did madara really plan on nagato to have grown the way he did?
and on a 2nd note, when nagato saw his friend yahiko died, he got super pissed and summoned a statue that looked very similar to gedo, so any thoughts on this?

ATTENTION EVERY ONE !! I found that naruto and harry potter have been from same novel published in around 1993. that’s why garrypotter and naruto have maximum things in common…i hope u have read harry potter. Both were first published in 1997. May be kishimoto and rowling are friends and may have agreed to write common story.
Now uchiha madara is similar to lord voldemort . Like lord voldemort survived in battle with harry..uchiha madara also survived from 1st hokage . In both ..every one thinks they are dead but they arent..both strike back..in harrypotter voldemort survives making horcurse taking over others body…similary uchiha madara must have done same thing by taking shisui body….

What I really want to see is more of the zetsu army. They haven’t taken out a SINGLE Alliance ninja. I want to be proved to me they don’t totally suck. If they barely do anything now, imagine how much they would have sucked if Kabuto didn’t ramp them up.
