My thinking and probably everyone elses is that it’s probably the fourth hokage but it’s assumed that Oro could resurrect the 4th also, the 3rd Hokage prevented it however. Although the 4th could still scare Madara, he was quite shocked, my thinking is that it could possibly be the sage of the six paths.

My eyes are bleeding because of the last post, but I agree with what you’re saying, he probably is some kind of ghost, I mean, he can teleport, can you do that? I don’t think so

Can’t help but wonder who was in that last coffin Kabuto raised up, whoever it was shocked Madara so much he called Kabuto a madman, LOL!
Anyway Naruto controlling requires a heart with no hate but if Kyuubi takes over his heart, he gets reborn, gee sounds a wee bit risky!

Who is Kabuto threatening to resurrect? Also, why would he lure Leaf forces to Madara’s hidden base? It’s most likely a trap, though it could be for either side. Now I have to wonder how long it’ll take for Kisame to come out of his hiding place, since he’ll be getting a lot more information. However, I do have one good piece of possible news: at this rate, Naruto won’t end at Chapter 500 like I expected.

i bet that last casket kabuto opened was the brother of madara. otherwise madara would of ripped kabuto to pieces. Madara Rules.

i think the reason madara got so scared is maybe he pulled out the 1st and madara feared him the most so he was surprised but greAT chapter so far cant wait 4 the next

Good chapter.Alot of talking but hey it was shocking seeing Madara accept Kabuto’s deal after showing Madara another casket which Madara seemed shocked to see who was in it.I think it might be Madara brother.Kabuto summoned.Naruto’s finally getting some type of power up for once.Hopefully he will win against the Kyubi.Kisame is a good spy who about to make his move soon.

Well im disagreeing with your theory. He did not take Obito’s body and we know for a fact that is Madara. Dont you think that he brought his little brother back to life? what do you think?

It was sort of not exciting this chapter but I’d like to know what Kabuto summoned? I mean, If it was Madara-san who could the masked guy be? Ah, I think it’s Madara’s brother Izuna-kun. Would Naruto-chan be able to control the Kyuubi though?

Orichimaru’s impure resurrection technique is too unreal, it has no draw back. I wonder why konoha does not just learn d technique inorder to resurrect d likes of shodia,white fang,jiraya,2nd hokage,yellow flash to deal with akatsuki and madara using souls of death-row prisoners

So… who’s in the box? Orochimaru? Uchiha Shusui? Uchiha Izuna (Madara’s brother)? Rikodou Sennin? Whoever it is, it shocked the hell out of Madara.

I think it’s more like Yondaime or Jiraiya maybe. Why would it be Obito, he died just as he awakened the Sharingan. He is a weak shinobi in comparison to everyone now. It’s gotta be someone Madara fears. Can’t be Orochimaru either since he got sealed by the Sakegari/Totsuka’s sword. I’d laugh if it was the Rikudou Sennin, something ridiculous like that.

That is a possibility.
It could also be his brother’s body. I’m not sure that makes sense, but Madara did get emotional when talking about him.
Something weird is with Madara’s body. That one scene of his revival after being beaten by the 1st hokage showed he had a lot of random weapons stuck in him. He may have revived in another person’s body nearby. That might have something to do with the EMS?

Oh man this was a great chapter. Madara got so freaked out. I’m hoping the person is Naruto’s mom. I always wondered how powerful she was compared to her husband. xD

Well, concerning the 6th person to be resurrected with Edo Tensei… The chances are kind of narrow. Hokages from 1st to 4th are already ruled out thanks to them inhabiting the Death God’s stomach for the time being.
And whoever he is, he should fill the following criteria. 1) Dangerous to simply everything, as Madara did call Kabuto a madman just for showing that he could resurrect a person. 2) Bringing back said person should be very hard or nigh-impossible, prompting Madara to actually question how in the hell he did it. 3) The person must be someone with intricate knowledge about Madara, Akatsuki, the tailed beasts, Madara’s plan or something else. He really doesn’t seem like the kind of guy who’d stop his plan to take over the world for the corpse of his younger brother…
Oh, and if Madara really did take Obito’s body, why does he look like he’s 100 years old then, and when exactly did he swap his skin for iron?

Its no secret dat d 1st culd defeat madara ,so kabuto shuld nt claim to keep it a secret, i like d obito theory, but he was a weak-link in his clan, why go for him when he culd have taken d body of oda exceptional uchiha clan members, & for it being his broda, I tink madara culd at least fight his broda on par if not defeat him with his Ems

In my opinion the one that was in the coffin was madara bec if it was the fourth or the six sage that would explain the shock but won’t explain what kaboto said that he won’t tell a soul about it that means that he know his secret that is why its more likely to be madara

Heiba read my mind. But reviving Madara’s brother I had ever thought of. Reminds me of when Orochimaru thought he was so cool reviving yondaime hokage, but sandaime hokage just killed it with some shurikens before he came out.

My two-cent comment:
Could the unseen coffin contain Madara’s dead brother? That could explain his shocked reaction. Madara claimed he loved his little brother and who knows, it might be true. That would perfectly explain why he does not want to fight his own brother. If I were him, I might just use this promise of working together to “buy” some time and figure out a way to get rid of Kabuto when it is appropriate. Remember that Madara always uses others to do his dirty work.

I think that its madaras brother. And why should Madara be intrsted in any of the hokages he hates konoha and evryone in it.
+ We have never actually seen any proofs that Madara only have 1 eye.

Kakuzu’s body was in possession of Konoha right? How did Kabuto managed to get that?
