Some new titles above. Reading them they may seem like the start of Shippuu-den, but I’m not sure they make sense in context. As there’s no Kakashi Gaiden, it’s missing the introductory welcome back episode and it would cram like 6 chapters into two episodes which the series has never done before. So I would guess it’s some type of Suna filler to get them back in your mind before part two finally starts.

Now all the jutsu are listed, with color coding for the elemental types and italics for those technique not yet officially named. Should make it easier to find that jutsu you have questions about.
