   So much talk.. I want to see a real fight between these people. But it’s interesting to see that the Uchihas love each other more than Kabuto can manipulate them ^^Then Izanami is released, look forward to seeing the result of the technique!

   Izanami? So what exactly is it? Does it require both eyes? I cant wait to really hear the details about this forbidden jutsu. But I have a question. If someone with EMS uses izanagi or izanami will they still lose their eyesight?

   Just a theory, what if Izanami is the key to obtaining the Rinnegan? Using Izanami while having EMS makes it evolve. Since Sasuke has Itachi’s eyes, an Itachi has his own eyes, it is possible. It could be another last power ItachI wants to awaken within his brother. The guy does have a lot of knowledge about the Uchiha’s powers.

    Itachi says Izanami decides destiny or something. Im guessing he uses it in conjunction with Izanagi so when Izanagi changes reality for a moment Izanami makes that change permanent.

    Awesome chapter but ya to much talking. i honestly cant wait for next week my personal theory is that itachis gonna like make it so kabutos destiny is to fall b4 the two of them. i honestly never imagined this. Also @new uchiha hes probably not usuing that susano because it has the amatersu coats arrows which would kill kabuto. Also @mystic vegeta i disagree with the idea that izanami makes the EMS into rinnegan only because i still believe the rinnegan can only be activiated in a life or death situtation although i dont see it as impossible

    I think that because Inzanagi can alter the users reality, then to ‘decide’ it would be to alter the targets reality. Also because Itachi says something about Uchiha’s being able to affect the enemy regardless of the five senses. So i think that Inzanami can alter the targets reality which kind of would be the opposite to Inzanagi.

    wow this was great even though there was little action. Itachi’s about to show the rest why he’s the true heir to the uchiha clan. So izanami is supposed to decide fate not change it like izanagi, so i’m guessing if they fire an arrow a kabuto hey can decide if he is hit barely or not or if he dies from it. 😀 I can’t wait

    Hey you know what i just thought of why doesnt itachi just stab kabuto with his totska blade seal him in that world of drunken dreams then while in there make him undo the edo tensi does anyone else think thats possible?

    @Narutoboy 17 I think not since Kabuto surpassed Orochimaru and the fact that at least 50percent of the series is somehow strongly connected to Orochimaru, it will only make sence for Kishi to prolong Kabuto’s life now that he has basically taken over Orochimaru’s role in the story. Kabuto also said he has a trump-card in store for Tobidara which still hasn’t been seen, and the scroll that Suigetsu & Juugo found has something to do with Orochimaru also. Kishi getting rid of Kabuto this early is a bad mistake if you ask me. (What do you think?)

    oo also i didnt see ur 15th comment i also think that true like think about it if kabutos defeated say next chapter or the chapter after then that means dead madara is also defeated which would kinda be a drag cause i want the 5 kage to beat him and seal him on their own terms. Also i have a feeling that say itachi does defeat kabtuo hes gonna leave him alive sasuke will try and kill him but due to itachi pacifism (spelling?) h’ll let him live which will only come to bite them in the butts. Also the scroll i think it has on it the secrets behind tobi or something like who he is and how to beat him and his weakness.

    @Narutoboy If Kabuto dies the Edo-Tensei won’t go away, Kabuto has perfected the Technique to remain and carry his will even if he dies. So the battle between the Kage’s & Madara won’t end so easily, and will eventually have a victor’ between the two. Only Kabuto himself knows the secret behind the Edo-Tensei. And the scroll that Suigetsu & Juugo found I don’t think it would have something that simple in it, besides Suigetsu did say that whatever is in the scroll can control and stop the WAR. That means that whatever is in the scroll has to be more powerful and more of a threat than even Tobi and his 7Bijuu. My theory is the only possible threat’s that could control or even stop the War at this point is the 1st. Hokage (Which is impossible because he’s sealed), Rikkudo Senin, or lastly the Juubi. Tobi’s identity being in the scroll wouldn’t make sence, his identity can’t control the War, and I’m confident that he doesn’t even care who finds out who he is now.

    @k-dash02 you do make some very valid points. But i think the scroll is more so how to defeat tobi but it could also be what you said. And well also had oro died during his fight with the 3rd then the 1st and the 2nd would have contiuned fighting as well so i think the only improvment kabuto made was that he was able to allow them to have some free will

    @Narutoboy Kabuto stated that Orochimaru’s Edo-Tensei wasn’t perfected when he fought the 3rd, but when you try to see how Orochimaru’s Edo-Tensei differentiate from Kabuto’s Edo-Tensei you only come-up with that Kabuto’s Edo-Tensei can’t be undone if he dies, and that he can make his Edo-Tensei more powerful throughout the power of the curse mark. Orochimaru’s Edo-Tensei also had to have some type of free will because they knew they were being controlled and also remembered Sarutobi and apologized for fighting him. For them to apologize to Sarutobi, that clearly shows they had free will on the same level as Kabuto’s Edo-Tensei when Zabuza & Haku apologized to Kakashi but could not controll their actions. And the scroll having a weakness for Tobidara wouldn’t make sence yet again, Orochimaru created the scroll before he was sealed by Itachi, it would be impossible for the scroll to contain a weakness for Tobidara especially since his power increased from Izanagi to having the 6paths of the Rinnegan to also having the 7bijuu. If it was a weakness in that scroll it’s pretty much useless now that Tobidara power has increased since Orochimarus defeat.

    Doesn’t Izanagi do what you just described? Making changes in reality?

    Its probably something as cheap as reversing time, or slowing it or whatever. Remember Itachi’s words ‘If Izanagi has the power to change fate, Izanami can decide it’. So I suppose that it is a tech as cheap as Izanagi (:

    Hey,I have 2 ways to stop Edo Tensei:

    1.Contol Kabuto and force to realese the Edo Tensei(Using Izanami because normal Genjutsu wont work)

    2.Torture Kabuto using Tsukiyomi and Izanami,then he MAY realease the jutsu.

    Let’s see.. Izanami is the other Kinjutsu, makes sense that each eye has one. On to theories.
    1: Izanami has to be used after Izanagi, making the false reality seen with the latter true with the former. Or at least, a reality for the one who sees it.
    2: Kabuto will not go down that easily, he is powered up and has a brain that works so what needs to be done is: Amaterasu, Izanagi, Izanami. Reason? Burn him (or at least set the whole place on fire), Izanagi Kabuto to a “safe” place where the flames aren’t, then Izanami him to make him stay there (in reality, the black flames will get there a millisecond after he sets his feet down).
    3: Itachi will go blind on both eyes, Kabuto will be out of options, causing him to bring someone there to protect him (ace in the sleeve?), Sasuke will try every jutsu to kill Kabuto and the other one, Uchiha is the victors and the final moments gives Itachi the opportunity to tell Sasuke everything he needs to know, the Sasuke seals/kills his brother for eternity. Last is Sasuke trying to decide if he should burn down Konoha or not. Last panel shows Juugo and Suigetsu catching up to Sasuke.

    Merely a thought, have to wait to see if it is true.

    @28: I, for one, didn’t. I prefer to watch the anime and manga without some game between. The reason for this, aside from the cost, is that I want my experience to be strictly viewing-only. It may sound strange, but I prefer to kick back and just watch. There are many other games to play before the time comes for me to play Naruto-based games. Might be fun, but from my understanding, they don’t quite follow the story to my liking. Maybe I’ll pick some games up later on, when the manga has ended.
    But by all means, play ’em to your heart’s content! =)

    @broken soul all i was saying was that when the newest strom game comes out (which probably wont be till 2014 or maybe even 2015) izanami will probably be itachis ulitmate justu and btw the games like generation only goes up to the end of the 5 kage arc and some cut scenes into the confining the jinuricki arc

    Izanami is prob the answer to izanagi from those uchia who didn’t have senju DNA I mean think about it they were the greatest clan ever along with senju it makes sense that when Madara and hashirama became basically living gods in large part due to izanagi (obviously among other things) that somebody would try to create a jutsu in reply that jutsu is prob izanami I wouldn’t be suprised if it was created after the village was formed which would explain how they would help each other do it and how such an insanely high level technique could be learned by itachi who’s like 30 and theoretically shouldn’t know a jutsu that’s about 100 years old

    read and studied the manga since there was a manga. Senju DNA is not required to use neither izanagi nor izanami. The senju DNA only serves as a sort of “boost” so that the technique can be used for a practical amount of time. That is why danzo could do it for an entire minute due to hashirama’s powerful dna. Tobirama’s dna for just an example, might have given 30 seconds or 45. Uchiha throughout history have used izanagi, which is why it was deemed kinjutsu. Those uchiha could activate it for mere seconds. That is also why Danzo could use kotoamatsukami once a day and not once a decade. Senju DNA is a boost, not a requiremet for Uchiha. Tobi used izanagi for 10 minutes during konan’s technique, and only had to seal one eye. Think about it.

    If you go back and study the information on the izanagi and the intricate details of senju dna and the uchiha clan history, the senju dna is used to make techniques stronger and more potent, but isnt required. The Uchiha deemed izanagi and izanami kinjutsu, which means down the road uchiha have seen these techiniques first hand. Kotoamatsukai and Danzo is the best example of the senju-uchiha relationship. Tobi’s TEN MINUTE izanagi that saved his life from konan also. Itachi pulling the izanami and having two Uchiha parents proves my theory about the nature of senju dna. Danzo and Tobi used the dna to augment the techniques they already had access to. Itachi’s izanami in theory, would be much more potent if he had senju dna. If he has some unknown senju ancestor is unknown, but i highly doubt a senju would make a baby with an uchiha. Izanami being the counterpart to izanagi, will definetely be cast on the opponent and not the user. It is also definetly able to warp and change reality/illusion at the user’s discretion. How and to what extent, will remain an mystery until 582

    @Narutoboy 17, I think Narutofan 187 is correct about Tobidara running the Izanagi for that duration of time, it was the only way he could counter the attack. If Tobidara didn’t have Izanagi, he would have died because there was no time-window for him to phase through and solidify in time. Thats why Konan had the attack to go on for so long, just to make sure.

    i never said he didnt use izanagi all i said was that he used it and changed realtiy to appear behind konan thats all i said if u remmeber when ever danzo used it he ended up in a different place that what tobi probably did. i fully know he can use it

    guys remember he can phase for about five minutes konan said so he didnt have it on for 10 minutes he prob only did it for the 5 minutes he needed or like somebody said did before she even started and was behind her to begin with and only did it for a second theres too many different theories to be sure till kishi answers us himself

    What you guys are discussing are quite important. RIght now you guys are discussing the mechanics behind the counterpart of Izanami.

    Personally I think that Tobi used Izanagi for the full 10 minutes. Because he has a body composed of Senju DNA (I think that he is a Zetsu clone) he is able to utilisize Izanagi for a prolonged timespan (unlike Danzo for example).

    As usual, nice read. Your theories, along with most of the others are quite valid.
    However, I found something odd with your last post, See, if Tobi is a Zetsu, he’d have to be a very advanced model.
    It is unlikely to me that Tobi is a clone (Zetsu) because that would give us:
    Zetsu and Madara met long ago, made the clone and sent him on his merry way before Madara died. Afterwards, the clone, now known as Tobi ran across the world, setting up every detail planned from Madara and..
    Just saw it, it was possible. I’ll be damned!

    This is why I like intelligent posts, they make me see other possibilities. Thanks Panther!

    @sparringpanther i actually kinda agree with the possiblity of tobi being a zetsu clone i mean think about it when he lost his arm against torune when he pulled it off it oozed some white (almost zetsu) looking stuff same when he got a rasengan slammed on his back by minato.

    how i see it is madara made tobi. i think madara’s brother said use me all of me ( something like that )
    so madara took what he could. the eyes and made ems
    but now he has a body left so he does something that gave the body life and power and a new soul.( i belive there soul is in there eyes thats why they get stronger by traning so when he took his brother’s eyes he took his soul ) so madara told tobi the plan before he died. after madara died tobi needed help so he made zetsu who is like him but not as perfect but also diffrent.

    this is what iam thinking now but please add to this or prove parts wrong.
