….and when you thought madara ccouldn’t get any stronger.. sheesh. did anyone noticed he took zetzus right arm as well? I know he took back his original eye as well but why the arm? Also what eyes were he using if it wasnt his original eyes to begon with

He gave negato is original eyes & was using some other uchiha eyes if u recall the arc about obito’s past.a normal human should be died from does buju bllows(i.e thier guts spilling out) & is the author trying to tell us that madara will use one eye to bit naruto & co,just how powerful is he

I know a lot of people are complaining about Madara using Sussano without any eyes and how he absorbed Sasuke’s amertarasu again without eyes.. BUT Naruto is ending and Madara is the last villain, just let him be super OP for a fun story.

I think maybe it is a blood thing. Like maybe u dont needs the eyes to use the justu but its the type of charka and the eyes are just the visual manifestation of a certain charka flowing through the body which is why he can do this. Also to answer ur question @1 his arm was cut off when the tailed beast attempted to crush him with their tails.

@4 I understand what you mean but if you think about it.. Uchiha’s lose their eyes for spamming their MS. If they could use their MS moves without their eyes then why would they steal eyes for just plain eye sight? I assume that once their eyes go blind they can’t use their MS moves and that’s why they steal eyes (or take them from their brother).

@5 It’s not just about eye sight its about gaining an extra power boost. Remember when an Uchiha takes his relative’s eyes after spamming MS he gains Eternal MS. Plus since Madara took his eyes out on his own volition and wasn’t going blind (meaning his eyes were still working despite not in their sockets) I assume that’s why he still has his abilities without them.

@6 I thought of that possibility as well.. BUT remember when Sasuke first started to lose his eye sight? His Susanoo disappeared. I take that as Sasuke’s ability to control or maintain susanoo was affected by the eye-sight lost.
But anyway, I like that Madara is putting up a good fight. And now that he has his eye from Nagato back (I think Obito still has the other eye) he might own.

@7 His ability to control or access it was affected, but that was before he had the Eternal MS. Plus the fact he hadn’t had much training with it. Then again this IS Madara we are talking about. LOL

Umm, Uchihas get eyes to maintain eyesight… I don’t think it was for fear of losing their powers. Itachi couldn’t anywhere near his full strength while he was going blind. So, it might not be a matter of losing your eye techniques… it just sucks to go blind.
On the other hand, I am almost positive that eye techniques require the eyes… Otherwise, Uchihas wouldn’t really to unlock MS to use MS techniques? Which wouldn’t exactly make sense.

Maybe because this eyes are not blind and in good condition he can still use his susanoo. Maybe it is just a matter of the eyes just being intact

sorry this might be a silly question but did madara really take his brother’s eyes? i thought his brother wss killed at young age a lot earlier before the war ended? and for madara’s susanoo maybe he gained a new ability to be able to activate susanoo freely after he had awaken the rinnegan.

No, Izuna gave or lost his eyes to his brother and was killed by Tobirama(second Hokage) at the conclusion of the Warring Era.

We might be over thinking it. Madara is madara after all but it might also have to do the the crazy amount of chakra he has. See chapter 619 page 17 to the end. that might explain why he is able to use the powers without his eyes.

Did you guys see the last chapter..he absorbed hashirama’s sage chakra. If it’s anything like naruto’s sage mode, he can sense when someone is attacking him and dodge it. How he was able to activate his susanoo not quite sure.

I think the most logical explanation was that Madara’s eyes are still working despite not being in their eye sockets

I heard this theory today:
The reason why Madara has Hashirama having those sticking out his back is because Madara is going to use him as a path of pain. That’s why Madara needs his Rinnegan. It makes sense if you think about it logically.

Sure. I do have to give the credit for the basis of this theory to a man called Sawyer7Mage.
First the facts: We saw Madara use eye techniques without his eyes, yet he does need his Rinnegan eyes. Thus black and white zetsu are busy collecting both his right and left eye. Hashirama has the same rods sticking out his back which Nagato used to control the Six Paths of Pain. Madara has both Uchiha and Senju DNA. And lastly Madara’s comment to the young Obito: the sharingan’s true power will be unlocked when both eyes are together.
Now if I add this up it means that an Uchiha is able to use their mangekyou doujutsu without their eyes when they achieve the Rinnegan stage. Yet the true power Madara talks about are the eye techniques the Rinnegan unlocks and which were previously only known to the Sage of the Six Paths and Nagato. Now if a body has those rods inserted, it means that the person who has the Rinnegan can control the body with merily their chakra. Thus resulting in Madara controling Hashirama, to turn the tide of the battlefield in his favor. This has been his trump card all along. mAnd eventually he will either fail or his plan will backfire. This way, it will be the legends from the old generation vs the younger new generation. And of course the latter will win.

I’m still sticking to my guns about some how through the combination of chakra from the bijou, his own, and nature energy… that naruto is going to unlock a rinnegan of his own… and sauske is somehow the key…
I did call the sage/kurama eye fusion. ; p

I still wondering if sasuke will unlock the rinnegan. I mean yes you need uchiha and senju DNA in order to do so but I wonder if like they will do some bull crap were like him biting karin that one time gave him the senju charka or something like that? Also like why dont black zetsu just bring obito underground with him take the eye and bring it to madara? I wonder if obito/zetsu will actually have a real fight against kakashi and minato. So many questions XD

I don’t think obito is going out so easily. Correct me if I’m wrong but the manga did say the Gedo mazo(big statue holding tailed beast) was its own life force. It’s also been hinted to many times that kakashi and obito are going to work together, given the two eyes together for maximum power routine .
