I was reading the post in the discussion and realized something. Kaguya was the worst villian in all manga history, but what if she was not meant to be the villian. Think about it, the Saninus-Hagoromo being evil theory is more and more coming in to light. Maybe she was trying to stop her sons Haruma and Hagoromo and that why she needed the zetsu army. She did not speak much because she knew her son was evil but knew that trying to explain this to Naruto and gain would be futile. Plus Kishimoto may be a troll, but he is a literary genius too. Would it not be a twisted if the ” good” guys defeated the “bad” guy only to find out she was trying to put her son on time out. Know that I really think about it, Hagoromo said he was watching from the side lines but had yet to do anything. If you see a potential threat, exterminate it.

I have to agree with Saninus’s theory. I’ve been having the same eerie feeling about this whole reveal arc about Hagoromo or maybe it’s because I’m wishing real hard about this twist b/c I’m so heavily bothered by Kaguya’s silence.

What if, Naruto died already and never really came back or is already trapped in the Infinite Tsukuyomi. Explaining the dramatic sudden ending, but if not. What if, everything that has happened is real but Hamura’s side of the story appears now making them question Hagoromo and even question about the REAL Kaguya and unsealing her. What’s the full story behind the Sage brothers?? This is far from the end of the series, I think ppl just want it to be more than reasoning it out. This feels like the beginning of the 3rd act or 3rd part of the story b/c huge chunks of the universe’s mythology were just introduced late in the game that remain unexplained nor elaborated upon. Just thoughts, go ahead, rip me a new one.

I had this theory in mind, but never thought of Kaguya as good. AMAZING THEORY. The smile of the sage looks evil, when he gives naruto and sasuke their respective power ups. To be specific, it is Chapter 671, page 15 (spread page). The leftmost panel on top. It looks sinister.

you guys are reading too much into this. You guys keep saying he looks eveil but in all honesty thats just the way his face looks his eyebrows are naturally mean looking. i believe it is called a “resting bitch face”. His smile looks sincere not “sinister” i doubt the sage is the final baddie.

seems loads of people want hagomoro to be a bad guy because of 1 or 2 panels… i dont believe it quite yet.
decent chapter again. seems like things are gonna wind down and the end may be in sight. maybe kishi is aiming to finish by chapter 700?

I honestly think that this is the end. There will probably an infinite tsukuyomi snapping chapter and then the rest will probably be a physically deteriorated Tsunade deciding a new Hokage.

So.. is the manga almost done? I don’t really want Naruto to end but at the same time I don’t want it to drag on without a good plot. I feel like the next arc (if any) then I won’t complain, otherwise I may end up just hating Naruto =/ (unless sakura dies).

i thought i read somewhere that the manga’s ending sometime december? meh i dunno. anyway, at last the kaguya arc is done. i think most naruto fans lost faith in the manga coz of it. i think they’ll add another arc. i mean sasuke and naruto don’t see things eye to eye yet (i.e. sasuke wants to recreate the villages and naruto wants to be hokage)

I want naruto to come to an end at chapter 700. I don’t want another plot twist to me everything is explained in my opinion. I Still wana see sasuke vs. naruto fight for 7th homage for there both like 17 can’t be 6th that’s Kakashi’s spot. I want a freaking Kakashi FACE REVEAL!!! I’m dying to know what he looks like underneath the mask. And hinata’s feeling answered by naruto because I like naruto and hinata’s not naruto and Sakura. I want Sakura and sasuke but I don’t it. But sasuke needs to realize the only way to “rebirth his clan” is through Sakura if you know what I mean! And temari and shikimaru sorry I don’t know how to spell their names. But they make a good couple and maybe choking and ino “hey you never know” but basically just wrapping up and to see what’s sasuke punishment for his rouge days or is all forgive because he was lied to believe something that was not true.

I have a theory about the sage’s brother. Since Hagoromo gave birth to the Uchiha and the Senjun clans, I think his brother gave birth to the uzumaki clan. It would make sense because uzumaki bloodline is related to the senju’s. Also just like the uzumaki clan, Hagoromo and Hamura are great at sealing techniques.

While I can see how you can think that, I am not bashing you, but I think you should tweak it a little. Hamura, had the byakugan like his mother so mostly, his descendants would be the hyuga, and considering Sakura most recent performance and steep growth, I would even dare to say that the Haruna clan is his descendants because of Sakura’s “excellent” chakra control and manipulation. Plus it would be quite quaint to see not only Hagoromo descendants in a fight for peace, but Haruma descendants in a fight for love, ie Hyuga vs Haruna. Of course Hinata would win. Again I am not trying to offend, just clarify.

Ashura reincarnates into his descendants, meaning the Uzumaki are descended from him, not his uncle.

Ashura als reincarnated within Hashirama. Who was a Senju. Not Uzumaki. Meaning Ashura does not reincarnate with only his direct descendants.

I know. My point is that both Senju AND Uzumaki are Ashura’s descendants. I was just responding to #19’s comment claiming that Uzumaki are descended from Hamura.

I think or like to think that uchiha and haruna are from hogoromo and on the other hand hyuga from hamura and I think uzumaki are from both hogoromo and hamura …. Bcuz when ahura beat indra , Indra left.. And everything monitored by ahura so I m guessing that Ahura married daughter of hamura … From there or after few arc uzumaki born. Hey some time grandchild can get hair color from their grandma u know .. And that’s how uzumaki clan born..just guessing…;)
