I’ve made this request on the forum but I guess I should make it here since it’s been a continuing problem. I’d ask for our content NOT to be used on Wikipedia in the Naruto section. I’ve never been asked if it can be used, it especially perturbs me when it’s images I personally have made. Right now the Wiki is hosting our Cursed Seals images in their section. They’re also using some of our 150X150 pixel biography and action shots in various entries. Please do the work yourself Wikipedia submitters. I shouldn’t have to babysit the Wiki and keep removing our content from there.
In lighter news… or is it darker? ANN has the title up for Episode 183 which looks to translate to “The Star Whose Brillance Increases”… It’s set to air May 3rd. You know what it sounds like? Yeah, the end of the Star Village arc and not the start of the Kakashi Gaiden. There was a glimmer of hope that 183 would be Gaiden based on the wording of 182’s title… well it looks like the filler isn’t quite ending yet.
Update: ANN has since removed the title. But I can confirm separately that that is indeed the title for 183. The description I’ve read of this episode confirms as much. I’ll work on getting episode summary descriptions for 180-183 by later today.
Update 2: Check the comments for the 183 summary. It’s fillllleeeeeerrrrrr…

well i know because it says so on http://cal.syoboi.jp/tid/210 thats where i get the episode titles it also has screening dates and it says it will be taking a week off after 183

Also, did anyone think that maybe NAruto will leave at the end of 182 with Jiraia, but then, because Naruto was not supposed to be on this mission in the first place, Team Gai will finish the mission without Naruto?

KAKASHI GAIDEN!!!! I think that they kind of have to animate Kakashi Gaiden because without that, there would be too much missing in the story. How else will they explain Kakashis sharingan?

@ andrew , well on the site it just says there is a week break after 183 so who knows ill cling to the hope the kakashi gaiden will start after that. Maybe even a double ep for the whole thing but given the series history to date i won’t hold my breath

You know, it takes about the lenghth pf a few manga episodes to fill in one anime episode, so I’m thinking that, whenever they do show the Kakashi Gaiden, that is, if they do, sice the manga had only six episodes, then the anime version would be a double-episode special.
Let’s hope for it after the break… but you know, if they are going to have another seaon of filler, or at least any more filler, they could at least show some more important stuff like they did with Anko’s past. Maybe even show the first two Jinchuuriki that Akatsuki stole the Bijuu from… or perhaps have Naruto return to the Great NAruto Bridge. They started this Seven Shinobi Samurai idea and never finished it. It would also be nice to see the rest of the members, perhaps in a “Return to the Great Naruto Bridge Saga”.
