The anime producers and the manga writers should really get together and iron out a solid system for how manga will be present in anime form.
For example if there were predetermined deadlines that had to be met (aka seasons) it would eliminate all of this ridiculous waiting and whining. Lets say there was a storyline season and a filler season that divided the year in half, or even in quarters.
That pattern would allow the manga writer to write enough material for the next season and also provide the viewers with a definite date to look forward too and some crappy fillers to keep us busy until then.
That seems like a much more efficient and organized system to me but, whatever.

Btw, I really think Studio Perrot really shot itself in the foot. Check out episodes 135 and 142. Also bear in mind what has been presented in the anime up to this point. We see everything before Naruto sets off to leave…cept he doesn’t. The only thing left is Kakashi talking to Obito’s tomb and Naruto’s lunch with Iruka sensei and Jiraya coming by to pick him up. This’ll be difficult to assimilate back into the manga given its current state. I think we’re in really bad shape as far as trying to get back to Naruto leaving, KG starting, and Part II starting as well…

“It should also be noted that ”[[Rurouni Kenshin]]” is an instance of a manga-adapted anime series that has been canceled due to overindulgence of filler episodes. The only thing I would ask for is an anouncement as to when the fillers would end. What has been making these fillers so painful is the fact that we continually speculate and are let down. Even if it was, say 6 months from now, at least we would know.

Answer to question 80-it varies cause there is short manga that finsh in 4-6 volumes, kenshin finshed in 30ish, berserk is at 31 and going, naruto is at 34(?) an going. but other then on going anime sereis that arnt based on manga they are genereally between 4-30 volumes. Somone correct me if im wrong.

I’d continue watching Naruto even if it was fillers. What’s the problem is the quality of fillers. The last filler arc that ended was amazing– where was that for the last 20-something+ episodes of fillers? Quantity isn’t always good, but if you have quality, it’ll balance out somewhat.
I hope the fillers end soon, but after seeing TS Sasuke, I can last a while longer. -fangirl spasm-
