What you will find here: Our goal is to provide up to date Naruto news and a vast array of Naruto information. We hope to provide you with all this information without horribly spoiling you. We know there are viewers and Shonen Jump readers out there that would like to learn more about Naruto but not have their experience horribly ruined by all the big spoilers in the series. We hope to be able to provide you with the content in a safe manner but still provide exhaustive information on the subject if the reader desires. What you won't find here: Unlike many Naruto sites, we will not be providing you with downloads of the episodes or the manga. The price that is involved in hosting such content is too prohibitive in the long run and the hosting of such content would open us to legal liability. However, we hope to provide summaries and information on all the episodes and manga and also provide you with a great community experience.
After Toonami’s end on Cartoon Network, the Naruto series has essentially been off the air for awhile. That changes next month when the Shippuuden dub hits Disney’s new XD channel.

I think all of you need to get off that Hat’r’Aid. I think Disney is just trying to get back some well deserved money. I mean they do waste a lot of it real quick.
Most of you act like you’ve never watched Disney XD before. Now I won’t lie, some of you really haven’t because you don’t have the channel or some other reason, but most of you have seen Disney XD. I’m just about Fifteen, and I watch Disney XD a lot. They have Static Shock, Batman and Superman, and a lot of other shows that are usually aimed toward 10-14 year olds.
Naruto is meant for teenage boys usually over 12. I don’t see why Disney buying it has to be so wrong. Of course they are going to censor some things, but its America. Get over it, or get out. I do not believe the censoring will be as bad as 4Kids and One Piece, but damn straight here will be censoring.
I don’t think Sai will talk about penises that much, but there has to be a joke about it somewhere. Also, the bloodshed will turn into a minimum. But other than that, I think it’ll be just like how Naruto was on Cartoon Network, except more serious and on a different channel.
And remember, Kimimaro pulled his spine out of his back in the American censored version, so why can’t Sai say penis on National Television? Why can’t Jiraiya look at women shrouded by hot springs mist? It’ll be there, just not as much as Japan is.

Will this be only for the US though? I’m an English Naruto Lover and I don’t even have Disney XD, but I heard that Naruto was put on Cartoon Network, but I never saw it on Tv at all >:@

Hayou Miyazaki animation? Hinata, have you ever seen Princess Mononoke? That movie is not innocent… people get get there heads blown off by arrows. There is a lot of carnage in it.

Why does everyone keep saying Naruto is for younger boys? I’m a girl and I’m 16 and I love Naruto! And alot of people are really mad that xd is taking Naruto, well the thing is I don’t think Cartoon Network/Adult Swim wanted to broadcast it. They’re wanting to go more cgi in case you guys haven’t noticed. But ya this really does suck I hope they don’t censore it to much!

Having kept up with the manga, and beginning to catch up with the anime, I highly doubt Shippuden will last long on Disney, at least with the original fans.
Some reasons being obvious, that the series does have language and mild nudity. Personally, I think it should’ve stayed with Cartoonnetwork/Toonami, or at least get onto Adult Swim. I mean look at Bleach. Bleach and Naruto are both great, and yet… Naruto gets aimed at for kids here in the US, while Bleach… not so much. That itself doesn’t make much sense to me, considering I’ve seen/read the originals.
Another being this: when “kids” watch Shippuden, they may be interested and look up Naruto on the net, and what happens? What they were trying to prevent before, the language and junk, is exposed. So what’s the point of censoring it down? They’ll find out about it one way or another…
And in my opinion, Disney has always seemed like an… “American Kids” network (no offense meant). You know, like shows aimed primarily for the US, those shows that are supposed to be teaching kids what not to do and what they should do, blah blah blah, not really the type to import various animes and what not… This is just like One Piece all over again, only worse? (Lolz there should just be an anime network where everything is kept in its original content and not censored or junk)
But… if Disney can pull it off and not “anger” fans then well… I guess it’ll be a shock to most of us. I do hope that not all of it will be censored, but seeing as its Disney… that’s a long shot. I just hope Disney doesn’t start getting (or try getting) all of the other animes similar to Shippuden in content…
