   i have to say that was not a bad ending to a filler…compared to all the other filler endings.. the best

   ?! Is anyone else as completely dissapointed in the ending of this filler?

   Pein appears at the last second and defeats Utakata in five seconds, WTF!

   I truly hate fillers. What a heap of s**t this episode was. What the hell?! Utakata didn’t even fight Pain a little and release the Rokubi before being captured. Here’s an idea Naruto writers. There’s a hundred other characters in Naruto. How about each filler we see a mission with other teams and no Naruto and Sakura. I’d like to see Gai, Neji, Lee and Tenten on a mission using techniques. What about Shikamaru, Choji & Ino? Every filler has the same overused themes and it’s frigging annoying. If Naruto talks about them I again I’m gonna kick him in the nuts!! At least we back track next week.

   BORING!! whats the point of having a filler about a tailed beast, if the tailed beast isnt shown fighting?!?! Utakata should have used his 6 tailed beast fought pain. A full blown out battle would have made this soo much better. but oh now they wana rush things

   wow,..for a filler this was a pretty good episode,..

   2bad they didnt show the full bijuu, again!!
   the ending with pain was a total suprise, though…

   utakata saved hotaru and all others from the forbidden jutsu explosion, but in the end he died leaving hotaru alone. that was sad 🙁

    That was a good episode but The ending was sad. Utakuta-sama, don’t go now! Poor Hotaru-hime, But she will find a master sometime soon.. I hope so.

    this sucks did naruto even kno that he was a jinurriki(or how ever its spelled) to? i wish we could have seen more of the fight between pain and him tho

    I agree with Ahmed. These fillers do “fill in some important information” however I would also like to see other teams from konaha on missions too. I could see something great coming out of it.

    I can’t wait for the konoha showdown!
    But I will have to… So sad…

    so basicly they watsed 8 episode mainly show stuff that we didnt care about and an ending we knew was coming *SIGH* even thought naruto is a wonderful anime damn it filler are annoying

    well filler is over now its NARUTO VS PAIN. it sux tho that utakata got killed and hotaru and naruto dont even know. but we all knew he was gonna die in the end and y couldnt they show the entire beast. well i ges it kinda showed it. did naruto even no that utakata was a jinjuuriki?

    Finally its the final filler (rock)
    But still let’s see utakata survived a forbidden jutsu blast but no one little rocket and bam he dead at least we get to see a little fight with pain and naruto

    This was like watching a badly written fanfic being animated, especially the part when Pein showed up and caught Utakata in under ten seconds.

    At least THIS filler managed to keep my attention for most of its duration.
